New technologies, new norms, and new information come out about parenting all the time, and staying up to date is a challenge. Parenting education can help you navigate these changes and empower you with more resources and options as a parent.

All Parents Need Help

All parents need a broad scope of knowledge, skills, and support that no one person or parent possesses. CAPS provides parenting support and education so you can feel confident in the way you raise your children.

Curriculums Used

  • Triple P: Positive Parenting Program - A toolbox of ideas, including Group Triple P, Teen Triple P, Family Transitions, and more. 

  • Darkness to Light - Focused on creating a world free of child abuse and neglect. 

  • Monique Burr - Educates and protects K-12 children from bullying, abuse, and victimization with developmentally appropriate modules.

What Do Parents Learn?

• Positive parenting tips to raise children ages 0–17 

• How to lower stress levels and improve children’s behavior 

• Respect, understanding, communication 

• Co-parenting for separating or divorced parents
