Healthy Families
Healthy Families supports parents from pregnancy through their child’s fifth birthday. Through regular visits, trained Family Support Specialists help parents understand their child’s development, build strong family relationships, and use positive parenting strategies. They also offer guidance and connect families to local resources. The goal is to give every child a safe, healthy start by providing parents with the tools, knowledge, and support they need.
