Court Appointed Special Advocates

CASA

CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) supports children in the court system who have experienced abuse or neglect. Judges appoint trained CASA volunteers to be the child’s voice in court and make sure their needs are met. Volunteers talk with families, caregivers, teachers, and social workers to understand the child’s situation and share recommendations with the judge. This helps children find safety, stability, and a permanent, nurturing home where they can grow and thrive.
