The CAPS Story

Since its beginning, CAPS has been the leader in preventing child abuse and neglect in Elkhart County. CAPS has worked diligently to protect our community's children and strengthen families by offering a variety of programs and services. Over the course of our history, CAPS has adapted to the changing needs of children and families. Today, CAPS is equipping families with the knowledge, support and inspiration they need to thrive.

Committed to Relationships
We recognize that meaningful impact stems from strong relationships, so we intentionally nurture connections with the children and families we serve, as well as with our colleagues, partners, and community.
